Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required. You will receive your stylist’s undivided attention for the duration of your appointment.

How long is my appointment?

We schedule 1.5 hours for bridal and bridesmaids consultations . Mothers and Finishing Touches consultations are scheduled for 1 hour. It’s important to be on time to make the most of your appointment.

What/Who should I bring to my appointment?

Pictures of gowns that you like or have tried on elsewhere are helpful. We recommend you bring only the people whose opinions you trust, too many may confuse you, and our bridal suites just accommodate 3-4 people comfortably. We will provide undergarments to try on gowns as well as a robe for your comfort. Most importantly, bring an open mind…our stylists are knowledgeable about our inventory and what is flattering on all body types; and most of our brides are surprised that they find “the one” within the first few gowns they are shown!

What price range do you carry?

Our bridal gowns range from $900 to $12,000. We have hundreds of gowns to choose from, and your stylist will be respectful of your budget. We carry an array of styles and designers, so there is something for everyone. For those who love a great deal or have a modest budget, we always have a great selection of off-the-rack sale gowns that are offered at an enhanced discount!

Do you have all the gowns featured on a designer’s website?

We don’t necessarily carry every dress by every designer in our store, so please check our current inventory website to see if the gown you covet is available in our store to try on. We expertly choose the best gowns from all of our designers to provide you with the best selection in New England. If you have a question about a particular gown, please feel free to call or email us and we’ll happily help you out!

What if I want to try on a gown that you don’t carry?

Many of our designers will allow us to borrow a sample as a loaner to try on before you order it. A minimal deposit is required, most of which is transferrable towards the bridal gown you purchase.

When do new styles come out?

Most designers have two collections they release each year, although some only have one collection. We typically get most of our new samples around March, and will receive another collection around August.
